Free Shipping
At Ionlite, we want to make your purchase as simple as possible. We offer FREE USPS Proirity Mail shipping within in the continental USA only. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your items. 2nd day delivery is also available for an additional charge. If you select 2nd day air shipping during checkout, your total shipping charges will be calculated and displayed prior to the completion of your order. *Sorry we currently do not ship outside the United States*

Easy Returns
We want you shop in confidence, knowing that your purchase is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If, for any reason, you choose to return your selection within 30 days of delivery, we'll cheerfully refund your purchase price. Please return any items in original condition with a copy of the packing slip. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

If you do change your mind, please contact IonLite within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, our Easy Returns policy will assure you a no-hassle return and refund of your purchase total.

Damaged or Defective Products
To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our office by email at info@ionlite.com or by telephone at (661) 255-3024. We'll promptly ship you a replacement for any defective goods, or refund your purchase if you prefer.

Limited Warranty
Product will be free of defect due to workmanship for a period of (1) year. Product life guarantee based on normal operation. If product fails under normal use within the stated life, return defective product to retailer. Product guarantee applies only to products used under normal operating conditions. Warranty and guarantee void if product is misused in any way. If replacement product is not available at retail store please return product, with original package and receipt to the manufacturer, Attn. Consumer Affairs.
